Shipping and Returns
Shipments are primarily sent via USPS Standard Post and are typically sent out within 1-3 days of your order. We typically ship out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding holidays) and ship all orders made up to the previous day. Exceptions: If we have sold out of an item but reorder due to high demand those items will be shipped the following week. Pre-sale items will vary greatly as to when they get to us; since many of our products ship from Europe we have to allow extra time for distance and passing through customs. If you need an item quicker please notify us and we will do our very best to accommodate, extra shipping fees will apply.
At this time we do not provide international shipping. However, if you are an international buyer please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you, extra shipping fees will apply.
All returns are for store credit only. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We go to great lengths to find high quality clothing. However, sometimes errors are made or items may not be up to standard. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, please let us know right away.
We accept returns requests via email within 8 days of of when you received your product. Once your request is approved, your package needs to be post-marked within 8 days of approval. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, we advise getting tracking numbers as we will not issue credit for items lost in the mail.
Items must be in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and make-up stains, free of animal hair, perfume and deodorant scents and markings, with tag's still attached (if applicable). No refunds will be issued; with the exception of you receiving a damaged piece of clothing. In that instance we will request photos of the damage.
Once we receive your item(s), they will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an in-store credit for the returned items minus any shipping charges.

Because of the way the Insta-sale platform works and how we source our deals, we may be unable to offer exchanges. However, if your product does not fit and you would like a new size, please contact us and we will let you know if the desired size is available.
